Still Have the Other One
When I was diagnosed with Breast
Cancer, I confided in my friends at work that I had a mastectomy.
Upon returning to work after my surgery, my work friends teamed up
and sent me beautiful flowers. A male co-worker walked by and asked,
"Why the flowers?"
I looked over at my friend and
asked, "Should I tell him?"
She said NO, but I didn't listen.
"I had a breast removed."
His response: "At least you
still have the other one."
